Strong early childhood teams do more than get along. They communicate clearly, follow through, share responsibility, address concerns directly, and repair relationships when things go wrong. In this two-hour self-paced course, participants examine the habits that build trust and the everyday behaviors that quietly weaken it. Learners explore team expectations, peer-to-peer communication, accountability, conflict, boundaries, repair, and their own contribution to workplace culture.

Upon successful completion of the course, including the required instructor feedback component, learners will receive a certificate to upload to MERIT.
